WristPark legal
Privacy Policy
WristPark is operated and published by Wuhan Niulasong Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉牛拉松科技有限公司) (“WristPark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). WristPark is designed around a local-first parking workflow. This policy explains how the phone app, Garmin watch app, and this website handle information to provide that workflow.
1. Parking data stays on your devices
Parking locations, parking history, fee preferences, map preferences, and copies of watch settings are stored locally on your phone or watch. WristPark does not upload that parking data to a cloud service operated by us. Your operating system may include app data in a device backup. In particular, Android system backup can retain and later restore local WristPark data according to your device and Google backup settings.
2. Location access
The watch uses location access to record a parking position. The phone can use location access to show your current position, calculate an approximate distance and direction, and help you navigate back. You can manage location permission in the operating system settings. GPS results vary with buildings, weather, satellite visibility, and device hardware.
3. Garmin watch sync
Parking information, settings, the Garmin device identifier and device name, and connection and sync metadata can travel between the selected watch and phone through Garmin Connect Mobile and the Connect IQ companion communication channel. The metadata can include connection state, message status, and sync timing needed to select a watch and deliver or troubleshoot a sync. Garmin processes that connection under its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Purchases
Apple or Google and RevenueCat process purchase information so WristPark can offer purchases, restore access, and verify WristPark Pro. This information can include a RevenueCat anonymous App User ID, purchase history and entitlement status, the store transaction token, device and app information such as device type and operating-system version, and a last-seen timestamp. WristPark does not receive your complete payment-card details. Storefront prices, trials, renewals, and refunds are handled under the applicable store rules.
5. Maps and navigation
The in-app map uses Apple MapKit on iOS and OpenStreetMap-based map tiles on Android. Apple can receive the viewed map region and ordinary network and request metadata when MapKit loads an iOS map. When the Android app requests tiles for the visible map, the OpenStreetMap tile service receives the viewed map region or tile coordinates, your IP address, the app's User-Agent, and ordinary request metadata needed to return and operate the tile service. Apple and OpenStreetMap handle those requests under their own privacy practices. When you start external navigation, WristPark passes the destination coordinates and a parking label to the map app you choose. That provider then handles the request under its own policy.
6. Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 only after you select “Allow analytics.” It can measure page visits and interactions with download buttons, along with general browser and device information. Website analytics never include your saved parking locations or app parking history. You can decline analytics or reopen Analytics preferences from the footer.
7. Your controls, retention, and deletion requests
- Delete individual parking records from History. After deletion, a local tombstone containing no parking location can remain so a record from the watch is not imported again.
- Manage location and Bluetooth permissions in system settings.
- Change the preferred map app or ask every time.
- Uninstall the app to remove its active local app storage. A system backup, including Android backup, may retain and later restore some local data according to your backup settings.
- Use the footer to change the website analytics preference.
To request deletion of WristPark data that we can identify and control, email [email protected] with the subject “WristPark data deletion request.” Please include only the information needed to locate the relevant record, such as the store platform and an applicable purchase or support reference; do not send payment-card details. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Purchase processing commonly uses an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID, so we may need information sufficient to locate a relevant record. We will respond based on information that we can identify and control, but cannot guarantee deletion of an anonymous record that cannot be located. Apple, Google, Garmin, RevenueCat, or another provider may also retain transaction or service records when its rules or applicable law require it.
8. Security
WristPark uses the transport protections provided by the operating system and the third-party services described above. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
WristPark is a parking utility for drivers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use the app to collect personal information from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as WristPark changes. The effective date above will show when the policy was revised. Privacy and support requests can be sent to [email protected].
